Paul Krilovich was named Director of Asia Pacific Channel Management and Business Development for Ardence Embedded. He will leverage previous Asia Pacific software sales and business development experience and success at Innoveda and Viewlogic Systems to broaden the Ardence presence in that region. During his tenure at those companies, Mr. Krilovich grew revenues through channel development with multiple partners - working with medium and large global companies. Mr. Krilovich has held a number of management and operational positions in high technology companies and holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Nichols College. Robb Corduck will manage Ardence's transition from inside sales in North America to a distributor-based model, for Ardence Embedded. Ardence will announce its new U.S.-based partnerships as soon as Mr. Corduck finalizes and implements the new procedures for training, sales, and support. As North American Channels Manager, his primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of these distribution partners and delivering sales growth to Ardence. Prior to joining Ardence, Mr. Corduck was Sr. Channels and Inside Sales Manager for Softricity, a leading application virtualization company; Director of International Sales for Ipswitch, Inc., a Boston area Internet software and network management provider; and International Sales Manager for Tally Systems' electronic messaging management products. He has a Bachelor's degree in international business from Ithaca College and an MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School for International Management. "By partnering with more distributors in domestic and foreign markets and with Paul and Robb on board, we have the infrastructure and manpower needed to reach further into key vertical markets," said Stephen Woodard, Senior Vice President, Global Operations. "Paul and Robb each bring a level of expertise in their respective territories that will enable Ardence to support its channel partners, add value to their product portfolios, and facilitate increased sales volume," said Woodard. In Europe, Ardence is strengthening its market presence by signing ikon GmbH to market and sell Ardence's embedded products in Germany. ikon will also offer support and professional services for projects where these products are used. The two companies also have plans to cooperate in the field of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications, where ikon already has significant expertise and a well-established customer base with their VoIP-CAPI(R) for Windows. "We are very glad to have this relationship with ikon. They have a great reputation and knowledge of embedded and real-time operating systems - that makes them an obvious choice to distribute and support our products," said. Woodard. About Ardence, Inc.
